When the opportunity to attend the Sanet-Vergara Series of Vision Seminars presents itself, ‘YES’ and ‘NO’ are not the answers.

“What day does it start?” is the answer.

I first met Dr. Bob Sanet in late 2001 after moving to San Diego. He was already a well-known and highly respected member of the Developmental Optometric community, and I was just starting to learn how much more there was to learn. Over the next five years, I would be lucky enough to join the clinic he was a part of, along with his wife, Linda Sanet, COVT, and together, they would challenge me in ways I never imagined possible. Part of that challenge was day-to-day patient care, and part of it was learning and absorbing as much as possible from Dr. Sanet’s Seminar Series, which I attended in both 2005 and 2006. I left San Diego in 2007, taking with me the valuable knowledge I gained from spending five years in the shadow of these two Vision Therapy giants.

In the time since then, both Dr. Sanet and Linda have been inspirations, mentors, confidants, and friends. Their presence in my life has had positive impacts in indescribable ways, and the value they have added to my career as a Vision Therapist is beyond any unit of measure I have ever discovered.

So not long ago, when my current employer, Dr. Carole Hong, offered the opportunity to attend the Sanet-Vergara Series of Vision Seminars, the answer was easy:

What day does it start?

The early bird registration for 2023 PAVE-Sanet / Sanet-Vergara Series of Vision
Seminars has been extended until January 31, 2023.

The seminar series will be presented both in-person and via Zoom. However, 100% of the in-person spots have already been filled so spaces are available for Zoom only. A big shout out to Paul Harris for again demonstrating his technical magic as he did in 2022 to make this combined hybrid format so amazingly successful. Zoom attendance has a limited number of spots available. Spots will be reserved on a first- come-first-served basis until all spots are filled.
